Since 2006 ESZO Szerelő és Kereskedelmi Kft. has been providing technological piping, steel structure, and machinery installation services for clients in the chemical, oil, and energy sectors. Our production halls in Százhalombatta and Ercsi offer a combined 4,500 square meters of manufacturing space. We employ experienced professionals from the Central Hungary region. To meet our clients’ needs, we continuously expand our machinery fleet with the most modern equipment available.
Plasma cutting is a thermal material removal process used in industrial settings for cutting metals that cannot be separated using flame cutting. One such material is stainless steel, whose high melting point justifies the use of plasma cutting technology. Plasma cutting is typically limited by the worktable and the working surface. The prototype and process we have developed are designed to overcome these limitations, as the six axes allow for the machining of unique and hard-to-cut shapes.
ESZO Szerelő és Kereskedelmi Kft.'s grant application, submitted under the call for proposals titled “Support for developments aiding micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises in adapting to modern business and production challenges” within the Economic Development and Innovation Operational Program (GINOP), was awarded HUF 16.88 million in European Union funding. The application is registered under the identification number GINOP-1.2.8-20-2020-02228.
In consortium with Neumann János University, ESZO Szerelő és Kereskedelmi Kft. submitted a grant application under the Széchenyi 2020 Program, in response to the call titled “R&D Competitiveness and Excellence Collaborations.” The application, registered under the identification number GINOP-2.2.1-18-2020-00030, was deemed eligible for support by the Deputy State Secretariat for the Implementation of Economic Development Programs. The project, titled “Implementation of custom manufacturing, production support, and logistics technology with an innovative, cost-effective small-batch production business model and an Industry 4.0-based, highly automated production control system,” received a non-refundable European Union grant of HUF 618.42 million.
